Synthetic underlayment per ASTM D226, ice barrier per ASTM D1970 at eaves in freeze-thaw climate zones. Manufacturer-certified installation locks in the full system warranty.
Metal Roofing
We install 24-gauge and 26-gauge standing seam in Galvalume and pre-painted steel. Concealed fastener system means nothing's exposed to weather. Panels lock together at the seam and clip to the roof deck.
Shingle Roofing
Architectural shingles are what 80% of Mounds homeowners choose. They look better than 3-tab, last longer, and handle wind better. We install GAF Timberline, Owens Corning Duration, and CertainTeed Landmark.
Flat Roofing

Commercial Roofing
TPO is our most-requested commercial membrane in Illinois. Reflective, energy-efficient, and it welds together at the seams for a watertight bond. We install 60-mil and 80-mil systems with 15-20 year manufacturer warranties.
Gutter Installation
If your gutters overflow during rain, they're either clogged, undersized, or pitched wrong. Sometimes all three. We'll assess the issue and fix it. Might be a cleaning, might be a replacement.
